Why call us

  • Same-day slots prioritised

We keep time for urgent problems and fit emergencies in as soon as we can during opening hours.

  • Relief comes first

The first aim is to ease your pain and stop the problem getting worse; then we plan any further treatment.

  • Clear next steps

Your dentist explains what's happened and what, if anything, needs doing next.

What to do now

  1. Call us

Tell us what happened and when it started. We'll give you the earliest time we can see you.

  2. Knocked-out tooth?

Pick it up by the white part, don't scrub it, keep it moist (in milk, for example) and come in straight away.

  3. Serious swelling or injury?

If swelling affects your breathing or swallowing, or you have a serious facial injury, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

  4. Out of hours?

Send us a WhatsApp message and our team will pick it up when the clinic opens.

Questions, answered

What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe or lasting toothache, swelling in your face or gums, a broken, cracked or knocked-out tooth, a lost filling or crown that's causing pain, or bleeding that won't stop.

Can I be seen today?

We prioritise same-day appointments for emergencies during opening hours. Call us and we'll tell you the earliest time available.

What can I do while I wait?

Rinse gently with warm water, hold a cold compress against your cheek if there's swelling, and avoid chewing on the painful side.

Can I book an emergency appointment online?

You can, but phoning is faster for urgent problems — the online form sends a request that our team then confirms.
